Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for league registrations or event tickets unless under the following exceptions.

Transfers:

Registrations and event tickets may be transferred to another participant at no cost if requested at least 24 hours prior to the event or league start time.

​

 

Cancellations by Out of Your League Club LLC:

In the event Out of Your League Club LLC cancels an event, game, or league:

• If the entire league or event is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

• If only part of the league or event is impacted, a prorated refund will be determined based on the portion of services not delivered.

Force Majeure:

Out of Your League Club LLC is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a 30 days. Posting may vary depending on payment provider and circumstances to which Out of Your League Club LLC has no control.
